That was an absolute pleasure to stay in this place! Anna is a great person and very welcoming host! We had such a good rest after our hike in Cotswold, I wish we have a chance to come back, there is so much to do left!

It's a shame u can't give 10⭐️ on here because a perfect location, stunning property and just a really romantic/elegant vibe aside Anna knows how to make you feel special and cared for! This is a hidden gem nothing was a hassle and Anna was the best hostess in town ♥️ we will definitely be returning my only negative was we didn't say longer !!

We had a short but sweet stay at Pytts House and we wished we could have stayed much longer! From the moment we arrived, our host Anna was incredibly warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The house was beautifully decorated and had so much character. Our room was very comfortable and we both had an excellent night's rest in the comfortable bed. In the morning, Anna prepared an absolutely delicious breakfast, one of our favourites from our entire trip! We also really enjoyed getting to spend some time with her little dogs, especially the sweetest little boy Mr. Tibbs. Overall we highly recommend a stay at Pytts House and we hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Pytts House and would highly recommend to anyone looking to have an ideal Cotswolds getaway. The location is great, a leisurely 15 minute stroll to Burford, and the property itself is magnificent. The owner, Anna, has put so much thought and care into the BnB and goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome (as do her dogs!)

We stayed at Pytts house last night and we were made to feel right at home from the get go! The property is located perfectly only a stones throw away from the lovely highstreet of burford. Anna has done an amazing job with everything, from the decor to the service! After ariving we were shown to our room with the help of Mr Tibbs. ( an adorable little dog ) The room was spacious, clean and full of character! We were very impressed with the attention to detail. Breakfast was included and offered a range of choices including various fruits and also cooked items. Although were are easy eaters I got the impression nothing requested would have been an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

What can I say that hasn't been said before? Anna's B&B oozes charm in spades, her dogs are personalities in their own right, and Anna knows all the best places to recommend so you feel less a tourist and more a traveller. Thanks again Anna for looking after us and making my wife's birthday break a treasured memory. Onkar and Isabel.

I honestly do not know where to start with this review. Pytts House is the most incredible, artistic, peaceful and gorgeous place I have ever stayed in! It is more than a B&B, the hospitality is second to none and the location is excellent as well. Anna, the hostess and owner, is the most amazing, kind, caring and wonderful person. She truly is the best hostess you could ask for. She arranged and booked all of our evening meals, even recommended day trips around the Cotswolds for us. She went above and beyond for me and my wife - we couldn't not have stayed anywhere better for our little mini-moon break after our wedding. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, absolutely exceptional! The house was filled with amazing antiques and has a French boutique style throughout the property. I felt like we walked into a treasure trove! The gardens were beautiful and perfect with excellent parking facility. The smell as you entered the property was magical with these burning gorgeous scented candles, felt warm and very homely. Pytts House is just truly stunning! I miss this place already and cannot wait to return in 2022. If I could I would give it a 12/10 rating and I highly, highly recommend it to all who want to stay in the Cotswolds. I will never forget this place, it was so special to me and my wife - a true gem that will stay in our hearts forever!! A one of a kind B&B with loads of character, soul, filled with happy vibes and love. Thank you Anna for everything and of course, to Mr Tibbs (1 of Anna's 6 friendly cute dogs) for escorting us to breakfast every morning! We will never forget this stay and can't wait to return soon in the near future! Schmooze xxx

perfect location. beautiful home, and Anna could not do more for us. the room was perfect and felt so comfortable. really the best place to stay for travelling around cotswolds and so close to the village. so peaceful at night. Anna and her 6 helpers (albeit knee high) really made us welcome and like old friends arriving for a stay. would return again easily

We bought our parents a holiday at Pytts House in the Cotswolds for their 50th Wedding Anniversary. They both absolutely loved it! My Mum & Dad said they couldn't have been better cared for by Anna their host. They are both dog lovers and was in their element surrounded by the 6 well-behaved rescue dogs that Anna owns. A special mention to Mr Tibbs (tiny dog) who escorted them to breakfast every morning. The weather was glorious for their stay which meant they could have breakfast in the garden every morning. Anna even arranged my parent's favourite breakfast - kippers on toast. High recommended. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pitts House. Anna could not have been more welcoming, not to mention Mabel and her posse. Anna gave us a great recommendation of The Royal Oak to eat, and although, fully booked on a Saturday evening, one mention of Anna’s name, and a table was magically conjured up within 20 minutes. The room was delightful, with a superbly planted terrace filled with white hydrangea and a beautifully scented rose, and a fabulous view of the garden. Breakfast was served in Anna’s dining room, filled with an eclectic mix of objets, and was perfect. We would normally stay at The Lamb, but Anna, her house and fabulous dogs, (which I am sure if you are not a dog lover would be no where to be seen), have made us change our allegiance. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
